2. What taxes apply to the purchase of products?

The price of our products can be found on the website in the item store. These include VAT. If another tax is applied depending on your geographic area, it will also be indicated here.

If your order is blocked at customs, we are not responsible for any additional quantities this may entail.

3. What are the delivery times and costs?

The delivery times indicated depend on the correct and normal operation of the logistics of the preparation and delivery of the order, as well as the volume of the order at all times and depending on the area to be delivered. More typically, the delivery time for a package up to 100g is 1 to 3 working days and higher weights can last up to 5 working days. In some countries, the order may be deterred by customs for customs clearance for more days. It should also be mentioned that the covid-19 situation means that all transport companies may experience delays that are not our responsibility.

4. How do I follow my order?

The carrier, if tracking is available, will send you an email with your order tracking information as soon as you are ready for shipment. When you receive this email, you can click on the link or enter the reference number on the carrier’s website. The type of delivery chosen determines that tracking information is available. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded.

5. What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

6. Can I return a product?

You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of return. To exercise this right, you must follow the procedure set out as described in the “Right of Return” clause described in the Terms and Conditions of our website.

7. What product warranty do I have?

Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the date of purchase. If one of your orders has a factory failure within this period, please contact us via the contact  form,  always with your item number and order number in concept. Please read our warranty section in our Terms and Conditions.

10. How do I clean my Wanabesafe coffee mask?

Your Wanabesafe coffee mask  can be cleaned in 2 ways. With cold water and hand soap or with our UV pocket sterilizer.  For more information, see our videos  here.

11. What protection does my Wanabesafe coffee mask offer??

Your Wanabesafe coffee mask  offers you 99.8% protection. This level of protection has been tested by an SGS lab.

12. What material is the Wanabesafe coffee mask made of?

Wanabesafe coffee mask is  made from 100% recycled coffee thread.

13. When should I replace my Bio coffee filter from my Wanabesafe coffee mask?

The organic coffee filter on your Wanabesafe coffee mask should be replaced every 3 months.

14. How will I receive my Wanabesafe coffee mask?

Wanabesafe coffee masks are hermetically packed in the factory for personal hygiene reasons and especially with the Covid-19 situation we see it as an inevitable requirement.

16. What is the function of nasal clips?

The function of the nasal clip is to keep Your Wanabesafe coffee mask perfectly in place.

17. What can the UVC pocket sterilizer be used for?

With the UVC pocket sterilizer you can remove all bacteria and viruses, thanks to Ultra Violet light. Do not use it on the human body or don´t leave it near children.

18. What is the role of the Wanabesafe purifier?

Our air purifier consists of uv lamp, motor, wind wheel, activated carbon, negative ions and ozone. The air flows through the rotating motor and therefore exerts, in a diameter of approx. 50 to 80m2, the function of sterilization and disinfection, odour control and formaldehyde removal. Total ozone disinfection can only be activated when no one is present in the room.
